Part 4 : ebay pulse

Hello again and welcome back.

In part 4 of your free course I am going to show you how to find and use the keywords buyers in your niche are using to find products on eBay.

As we’ve discovered information products are a huge seller on eBay with many people making lots of lovely dollars every day.

Of course information isn’t the only big seller on eBay and I will show you how I turn businesses who have never sold online before into eBay powerseller’s in ninety days. Many of them have gone on to leave eBay and set up websites but they all started out on eBay.

Anyway let’s get on with it. There are many ways to find out what’s selling on eBay. There’s completed listings which shows you what’s sold and what hasn’t in your niche.

There’s eBay market research which you want to use when you’re making money. You have to pay for this service and it’s worth it if you have the money.

The other way which where going to look at today is eBay pulse, pulse is a section on eBay where you can see the top ten searched words in every category on eBay.

What I would advise you to do is find your niche in eBay pulse and see which keywords relate to you and your ideas, if none of it does throw out your ideas and write something based around the keywords you find in eBay pulse.

Remember sell people what they are actively searching for and not what you think they want.

You can get to eBay pulse here and i’ve just been to ebay.com and used it to exam the musical instrument catergory to discover what people are looking to buy. here’s what i found.

1. gibson
2. fender
3. guitar
4. rockman
5. marshall
6. esp
7. banjo
8. gibson les paul
9. ibanez
10. bass

Now here’s what you could do if your interested in the music biz, create a “how to buy a Gibson cheap” or how to be play a fender guitar in six weeks gauranteed”

Create an ebook like that and list in this category using the keywords above and you’d be making money in no time.

Get yourself over to ebay pulse and take your time finding keywords people are using to search for products in your niche market. Save them all to a text document.

Later we will use these keywords when you’re listing on eBay and we’ll cover that next time.

Check back in a few days.

Regards

Gary
